The clear dependence of development in Bangladesh on skilled manpower and MIS (Management Information System):

It is recognized that if an institution has not any consciousness about its skilled manpower and information system, it will be destroyed into landfills.

At this moment all nation are joined with each other and they are also serious to fabricate a stuff of skilled personnel with the combination of MIS. If the development authority of Bangladesh don’t shows any interest

on skill of employee and the update procedure of information system, this nation cannot implement its development proposal.

Moreover the global economy is changing day by day with the development of new generation of technology and that is why all sector of Bangladesh should be raised their concentration about modern ICT to cope with change.
