Introduction of Skilled Manpower & Management Information (MIS) on the behalf of BD

Bangladesh is a 3rd world country and it is characterized with low living levels. In here the per capita incomes of people is not only lower but also the growth rates of GDP and GNP are also slower. Here the economic sector largely depends on agriculture which is managed with traditional mood. The micro level and the macro level of economy are not well-decorated because the economical environment of BD is not stable for different causes. The economies social and institutional structures of BD have been molded by its former

colonial rulers. Inspire of this limitations now-a-days we find as energetic mood in our country’s economy. Here a question can be expressed what is the force which act as a charismatic wind to sublimate overall economical environment with productive motion? Undoubtedly, the joined force of skilled manpower and MIS is the limelight which focuses the unconfirmed economy and that is why we can see a speedy and productive economical environment in recent years both private and public sector. In the present world, the connection with IT is the prime precondition for enhancing skills and capability of personnel. For this reason, most of organization in Bangladesh are serious to build a well-decorated IT sector which can manage all types of information internally and externally and this seriousness creates a widen possibility of enhancement of our country. Moreover, not only economical sector but also other significant sectors which have a minimum contribution for development can ameliorate with the countenance of MIS.

In present world we largely depend on well-managed IT sector. For this reason there have no any individual personnel who can be a skilled worker without IT support. Bangladesh is a densely populated country and in here, a big amount of workforce is available. Obviously this amount of workforce can build a strong and productive platform of economy if all sectors can manage those workforces skillfully with the combination of updated information technology. Most of organization of Bangladesh have been started to practice this task. For this result we can see an individual department in most of organization which manage all types of information system of those organizations. This practice helps to create a vast amount of skilled labor every year and develops all segments of economy gradually. Recently, a publication has focused that Bangladesh is a country of 48th economy and this area are enhancing day by day. We can see some significant sectors specially RMG sectors, Medicine sectors, ceramics sectors which flourish our economical power with the help of skilled labor and modern information system support.

A famous scholar noble gainer Amartay Sen said that, ‘‘Bangladesh will be positioned as a developed nation quickly because it has a vast amount of work force.’’ We hope that his prediction will be implemented with the help of skilled manpower and prepare procedure of information system.
