Barriers of Social Responsibility

Every one has some barriers to perform social responsibilities.
1. The individual manager:
Managers are the ultimate person to perform social responsibilities. There some managers who want to retard to perform social responsibilities. They don’t want that any change comes in the business because they have to face the new challenges. So their attitude that means their attitude is negative to the society.

2. The organization:
Organization can be the barrier to social responsibility because if it performs in social activity then it profit may be reduced.

3. The industry:
The industry can obstruct to perform social responsibilities when the homogeneous or competitors industries don’t engage in social responsibilities. Because of they engage social responsibility their cost may be augmented.

4. The division:  

Division means department of business. If it perform in social activity then it profit may be reduce and cost increase.
