Is management a profession in Bangladesh?

In the underdeveloped world management is not fully recognized as profession. There have some clear shortage of managerial knowledge for corporate society in Bangladesh and other developing countries. Especially in different sectors of Bangladeshi trade and commerce the managerial knowledge are neglected & on that point prejudice, absolutism & other under disciplined acts are present. Most of

business men in Bangladesh are not efficient in this study but trade and commerce are directing and controlling with their aborigine concept and backward concentration. Most of entrepreneurs have no little knowledge about professionalization. Although some institutions and training centers have fabricated with the contribution of govt. In some developing countries to train up the entrepreneur but it is a matter of regret that there have no explicit demand to build such institution

Now a days there have some institutions in Bangladesh which in inaugurate relative courses on management and this institutions are—

01.Institution of Business Administration (DU)

02.Institution of Cost & Management Accountant of Bangladesh (ICMAB)

03.Institution of Bank Management. (IBM)

Although this organizations inaugurate those courses which generate this recognition of management as a profession but helpful responses are absent. For this reasons management in Bangladesh can’t get  the recognition as profession.
