Contribution of skilled manpower for the development of BD:
Skilled manpower is as integral part of economy development of Bangladesh. According to Economic survey 2012, total labor force of Bangladesh is 5.41 cores. At though total labor force is not skilled but most of them are going to be skilled. At this moment about 40 Lakhs people directly or indirectly engage with RMG sector and most of them are skilled in their profession. For this result, we are the 2nd highest exporter country in RMG sector over the world with the consideration of foreign employment and remittance about
4,39,000 people are migrant and 2,29,149 are fully skilled. The send a house amount of remittance which contributes a larger part of GDP and this figure is about 10.43%.Not only that in our domestic environment, a vast amount of employee both private and public sector engage to develop our nation with the help of their co-operative negotiation.
