Contribution of skilled manpower for the development of BD:
Skilled manpower is as integral part of economy development of Bangladesh. According to Economic survey 2012, total labor force of Bangladesh is 5.41 cores. At though total labor force is not skilled but most of them are going to be skilled. At this moment about 40 Lakhs people directly or indirectly engage with RMG sector and most of them are skilled in their profession.
